Job Context

  • We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services.
  • In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who`s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we`d like to meet you.
  • Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customers.
  • As a tailor Communication Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all communication with clients and the day-to-day operations of the brand, from managing social media, digital ads, client feedback, complaint management, trial, and delivery follow-up to providing exceptional customer service. You must have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for fashion.

  • Time: 10:00 AM – 9:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers
  • Create plans to address clients’ needs
  • Schedule regular appointments for walk-in guests, home service and virtual appointments
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
  • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
  • Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs
  • Ensure that the tailor outlet is operating efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer base
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and developments, and adjust business strategies accordingly
  • Any other assignments given by management
  • Daily sales activities report
  • Receive inbound calls, messages, social media accounts management, and messages in all medium

Additional Requirements

  • Strong communication skills handling walk-in clients in both Bangla and English. Understanding of social media and the latest trends.
  • Proven experience in Client Relationship management
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
  • Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
  • A customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Skills Required: Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Online Business, Online sales, Sales & Marketing, Sales target, Customer Service
