Job Context
- We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services.
- In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who`s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we`d like to meet you.
- Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customers.
- As a tailor Communication Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all communication with clients and the day-to-day operations of the brand, from managing social media, digital ads, client feedback, complaint management, trial, and delivery follow-up to providing exceptional customer service. You must have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for fashion.

Job Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers
- Create plans to address clients’ needs
- Schedule regular appointments for walk-in guests, home service and virtual appointments
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
- Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs
- Ensure that the tailor outlet is operating efficiently and effectively
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer base
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments, and adjust business strategies accordingly
- Any other assignments given by management
- Daily sales activities report
- Receive inbound calls, messages, social media accounts management, and messages in all medium

Additional Requirements
- Strong communication skills handling walk-in clients in both Bangla and English. Understanding of social media and the latest trends.
- Proven experience in Client Relationship management
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team
